The week started off with some visitors for our "Critter
Corner". We were visited by snakes, dogs, a rat, ferrets, bunnies, an iguana, and some other friendly animals.
Each Day, we started our opening together. After an overview
of the day's agenda the campers enjoyed Bible Lessons, Games, and Crafts throughout the campsite. Then they came
together at the campfire to learn songs and have a snack before our daily wrap-up.

The five Daily Themes were "Accepted by Jesus", "Protected by Jesus", "Saved by Jesus", "Forgiven
by Jesus", and "Living for Jesus". Each day ended with a wrap-up session by Moose Lake and a closing prayer.

We could not have done anything without the help of our volunteers. We had a spectacular group
of adult AND teen helpers this year. Thank you for making VBS 2009 such a success!
